How the transcription bot derives the ODIN cipher password for end-to-end encryption.

• disabled — the bot joins rooms without end-to-end encryption.
• automatic — the bot derives the cipher password automatically.
• manual — the bot uses a cipher password you supply.

Set it via ProjectSettingsManager.updateE2EEncryption.
