Revoke all participant tokens of a project

POST 
/api/projects/:projectId/participants/token/revoke-all

Invalidate every participant token issued for this project by raising its token epoch. Clients must fetch a new token. Effective on every API instance within 30 seconds (the epoch cache TTL).
