Get annotations for multiple messages

POST 
/api/plugins/annotations/messages/batch

Batch retrieve annotations for a set of messages, grouped by message ID. Only annotations of the caller's own tenant are returned; for a project you were invited to, use POST /projects/{projectId}/sessions/{id}/messages/annotations/batch.
