Add APM Effect

Adds the Audio Processing Module (APM) to the pipeline. APM provides industry-standard Echo Cancellation, Noise Suppression, and Gain Control.

Inputs

Usage	integer	Sample rate (usually 48000).
Index	integer	Insertion index.
